All of this actually began because my lovely wife couldn’t eat bread for years. Think leaky gut, gluten intolerance, and type 1 diabetes. This was making her sad because we all know that carbs are a girls’ best friend. So I bought a stone mill and found a way to ditch the cramps and bloating, but keep the bread!
